Something Fun to ‘DOOH’ at Airports

Travelers going through Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane domestic airports will now have something a little more to try and do while waiting to board their flights. Those flying to and from any one of the three major Australian cities will now have the ability to interact with out-of-home advertising panels featuring Google Play content by simply tapping their NFC-enabled mobile device to the tag or scanning the QR code affixed to the board. By interacting with the advertisement, travelers will then be able to scroll through content spanning across various genres, ranging from kids to professionals. After accessing the information, Android phone users will then be able to download the selected media or apps using the airport’s WiFi.

The campaign is managed by the Australian out-of-home media company, Ooh! Media.
